What happened if submitting thep passport with out mentioning the present address?

Currently i am in bangalore and I applied the passport with out giving the present address and mentioned only my permenent address,but in the police enquiry they found that last 1 year i am not in that mentioned address and they send their remarks as same.
Now I need the passport immediatly.What should i do if i want passport in tatkal.
Is it possible to apply for the new one from bangalore.

What should i do after getting the notice from the passport office.

Will I need to submit the PP form with current address.....

Is it OK if i am staying in bangalore and applying the passport in Andhrapradesh and also will they accept my current bangalore adress....

Since your passport application has been hold due to the police verification report, you can not able to submit a fresh application again.

You should resubmit for the passport with documental evidence showing of your present address, like rent (tenancy) contract, telephone or electricity bills etc. Or try to get a certificate from the concerned authorities, which will proof your current address. Attach an attested copy of your educational certificate also (matriculation or above) along with the application, to get the ECNR facility.
