How to make documents editable, that have been written on Adobe In Design 2.0...?

I need to send documents to a client, which they may want to edit, but i have already written them in In Design. They won't necessarily have the In Design package and PDF's aren't editable. They also contain photo's. I don't want to have to transfer them all to Word, too much work. PLEASE HELP! I know i should have written them in Word to begin with, but it is so rubbishy at DTP!!

Thats the world of DTP.
If they dont have the softwre you used to create it, they are SOL.
