There also is a link there for many different varieties of sushi, too much of anything is not good for you. Don't take in more calories than you can burn in a day to avoid gaining weight.......

Like anything, if you eat too much it can be fattening. Though I'd say you'd really have to gorge yourself on vegetarian sushi.
However, sushi itself is low in fat.
It contains a seaweed wrapper, which is low in fat.
Inside is rice, with some vinegar and a little bit of sugar. This is also low in fat.
For the rest, it depends on what you put in:
When I make it I put in avocado, cucumber, carrot, and asparagus.
Of those 4, only the avocado has a significant amount of fat.
For toppings, one usually adds soy sauce, or wasabi, neither of which add any significant amount of fat.
