None. I'm not English mother tongue but the correct phrasing should be :
He told his son what would have happened

Being 'told' a past tense the conditional must be a past tense too.
You can use the conditional present 'would happen' if the main verb is in the present tense.
For example : "He tells his son what would happen".
As last 'would happened' is not an English tense

In English, the simple (or present) conditional is formed from 'would' plus the root of the infinitive - the infinitive without the 'to'. Even the irregular verbs follow this - it's 'I would be'. Any other form of the verb (like happened) may not be used.

The conditional describes an action that will or might occur at some time in the future of the time described by the main verb. The main verb may be in ANY tense, even another conditional tense.

He told him what would happen.
He will tell him what would happen.
He will have told him what would happen.
He would have told him what would happen.

All of these are grammatically correct English.
