My ex is a total jerk which is why i suppose he's my ex but if there's still heaps of sexual chemistry so is it cool to still play it and use and abuse while waiting for something better to come along or should the baggage just be dumped where it belongs?

the baggage just should be dumped where it belongs......if you have sex with him there is a great chance that you two may get back together and you don't want to be with a jerk move on get you a real man

Stay away from him if he's a total jerk. You could catch a disease from him! Plus, you would be a jerk too and go to his level if you "use and abuse" while waiting for something better to come along. Dump the baggage and move on with your life.

as you said he is a jerk...if u use him and let him go when you find something better...he could spoil your future relationship... think better to get rid of past baggage

If you're not together you shouldn't be sleeping together because it will affect your emotional well-being, you're not going to feel happy in the long run, and you can find someone who doesn't just want to sleep with you.

i say that if he knows that you are not getting back together with him and you feel the urge then go for it. there is nothing wrong with that.
