I began doing my old Tae Bo II Get Ripped tapes on January 1 as part of my new year's resolutions. It's still as tough and fun as I remember. I can see my muscles toning up pretty good, but I still have a ways to go. Anyone else still do the old Tae Bo tapes? Or Billy Blanks newest workouts?

Yes! I love him. I have the Boot Camp series with the resistance bands - abs, lower body, cardio, total body, basic training. I agree with you - they are tough and fun at the same time!

I still do his old VHS tapes. I love Tae Bo, it helped me lose 20 pounds in the past. Now I just do it to maintain my shape. Out of all the workout tapes and dvd's I ever bought, his were the only ones I ever stuck with. It's still a lot of fun after all these years.

I bought them and watched them, didn't do a thing for me. Someone once told me you have to mimic the moves, maybe that's the problem. You know if you run them at slow speed it's also a Tai Chi lesson.
