I am a former Marine and have some questions about Boat units and their current status.i.e. coxswains,S Swimmer,Assault Climbers.If anyone has any info and would not mind emailing me about it.I would appreciate it.

No Vet.I am not looking a ships company.I am looking for an infantry boat unit.Zodiacs!The navy calls them CRRC.Combat Rubber Raiding Crafts.

Ok.look.I there are marine infantry boat units.I was a coxswain and a scout swimmer.The Marines take the courses and do do boat packages down on Coronado Island.I not looking to be corrected here.I know what I am talking about.I want to speak with an active duty Marine part of a boat company.

The Navy doesn't hate the word "boat". The surface Navy may but us that served in the submarine service love the word.

The answer the question...I know of no Jarhead that serves or has served as a coxswain or other member of a small boat team. Those billets are Navy or Coast Guard served.

Did you know many Marine corpsman?

You shouldn't say boat as the Navy hate that word. They want their vessel called "Ship." So what you're actually looking for is somebody that is attached to "Ship's Company."
