Feed her a small pinch of chewing tobacco (full leaf kind like Red Man, not the shredded stuff in a can) and that will help clear them out. It can upset her tummy too and you don't want to give her too much. Many dogs find the taste easy to deal with, but if she is hesitant you can put it inside a small ball of cheese or something else.
The size of the pinch should be between the size of a pea and a grape when rolled into a ball. Nicotine is a poison if ingested in large amounts, so please use the above advice with forethought.
As for your vet being booked up, you should be able to talk to them directly and explain the problem. They can either squeeze you in or they can recommend a quality product you can purchase from the grocery store. Hartz deworming products are available at almost any mega mart out there.

I don't know of any natural or home remedies you can safely give a pup to de-worm it. Call the vets office back and tell them that the pup has worms. Usually they will ask for a stool sample and all that is required for you to do is just to bring it in. They can look to see which worms it has and give you the correct de wormer.
My vet charges 8 dollars for this. I don't have to bring my dogs into the vets, just a stool sample.
You cant wait until April to de worm the puppy.

There is no natural way to get rid of worms. don't give over the counter medications, they are dangerous. And for heaven's sake don't give tobacco etc!
Take a stool sample into the vet for testing. They will give you the correct medicine and dose. You don't even have to take the puppy in, so you save an office call. But she must be wormed ASAP.

There is no natural way to rid dogs of worms. I would not wait until April to treat this dog. Take a stool sample to your vet. They can identify the type of worms and give you the meds. You can drop the stool sample off in the morning and get the meds in the afternoon. Over the counter wormers are useless and don't cover all worms.

Go to your local feed store and get a puppy de-wormer. They usually cost around $5. There are pills, liquids, and powders. The liquid work well in puppies. If you get a liquid also pick up a syringe that shows cc's. You will need it to measure the proper dosage. And by all means SKIP THE TOBACCO suggestions!!!!

its normal for puppies to develop worms.. u can look up a the chemist for any good and well known deworming syrup meant for babies.. Baby medicines work well on dogs. Also, dogs love the taste of infant medicines as they are almost always sweet. so be sure your puppy wil lap it all up. You will have to starve her for 24 hours before you give her the medicine.ONly make sure u give her a small dose than wht you would give a human baby.

This is a remedy used when I was growing up and it works !
Buy a can of snuff and a bottle of castor oil. Mix 1/2 of the snuff with 1/2 bottle of the castor oil and using a cooking syringe shoot it down the dogs throat and hold the mouth closed until you know it is swallowed good. CAUTION : Do not allow the dog in the house for 2 days unless you want a mess........
