I like a cheese and mushroom omelette, i fry my mushrooms first then take theym out of omelette pan, add a little oil, mix 2 whole eggs + 1 egg white (fluffy) pour into pan when base is nearly set add cheese and mushrooms, they fry on a not to hot heat. I like my omelette a little runny so don't like to put it under the grill, i ease it out of the pan and fold onto the plate, yum - I think I know what I'm having for tea thanks.

Cheese. Whisk two eggs and a bit of milk together. Heat some oil in a frying pan and add the egg mixture. Once browned underneath, add grated cheese. Remove from the heat and put the pan under a grill until the cheese bubbles. Return to the heat and add anything else you like (ham, bacon, onion, mushrooms). Fold and serve. Yum yum x

Whisk together 2 eggs, milk, garlic powder, parsley, fresh black pepper, a pinch of salt.

Grease a large frying pan and cook on low heat. while still moist on top, sprinkle cheddar cheese and sliced spring onion in a line down the center. Fold both sides over onto cheese and spring onion.

Serve with a dollup of sour cream and a dill sprig.

plain omelette pinch salt pepper, loads of butter in the pan, wait till it goes frizzy(butter) then chuck in the mixtute (theres no need to beat the life out of the eggs, just mixed is fine) and stir till it starts to set, this makes it light and fluffy. dont over stir, you'll end up with scrambled eggs.

mmmmmmh

oh yeah never use oil, butter only
