For more than a month I haven't eaten anything healthy like fish and salad. I dont even eat bread instead I eat biscuits and donuts.I dont have breakfast and at work I dont eat anything.when I come home from 8 hours of work I fill my stomach with chips and chocolate and lots of biscuits.I drink water only one glass a day.I dont like the food i eat and i dont even chew but i cant stop eating.everyday i start a diet and it ends when i arrive home.what can i do?? (I am OVERweight)

Well, you should see a dietiary, they could help you plan something out. If its uncontroable see a doctor .A doctor can give you a prescriptionto help you. Don't buy any junk to bring home. You could also try to fill yourself up with fruit and veggies. That way you can't fit anything in your stomach when you get home.

Retrain your brain....YOU make the conscious choice of what you eat. If you say you can't do it, then you can't do it...if you tell yourself that you only allow healthy foods in your body, then you will only eat healthy foods. YOU control your mind....deprogram yourself. It is easier than you think it is. You are 100% responsible for what goes in your mouth.

Try replacing all of your junk food with fruits and veggies. Maybe try some dip on the veggies.
