I am a 23 yr old girl, im tall with a muscular body meaning my thighs are bigger and my calves are bigger than i want them to be. I run for 35 minutes 3 days a week, lift weights and eat the best i can for being in college. Is there a way to get rid of the bulkyness in my muscles?? naturally?

If you quit working out, your muscles will atrophy. There is a tiny girl at the YMCA who runs about two to four hours a day. Her calves are bigger than mine and I am over twice her size and have been working out for decades.
Don't be misled by the popular conception of the "perfect" woman as perpetrated by the media. These waifish types could never compete on an equal basis with men in jobs that demand phsical performance. Firemen, military, law enforcement, not to mention construction and even health care professions might suit you perfectly.

By running and lifting weights you are contributing to continued muscle growth in your legs. I would suggest only working your upper body when you lift weights, cut back the running to around 20 min. at a slower pace, and reduce your calories to around 1800-2200/day. If you keep this up for a few weeks you should see some results. Your problem is probably mostly because of the weight lifting, in my opinion (although genes probably play a big part as well). Hope this helps.

try to chill on the weight lifting portion of your workout, mass is created through muscle of course and your gaining size because of that.
