It's a dominating thing...he likes the control/power feel of it. For some women, they are turned on by having their hair pulled, or being dominated. If you're not into it, politely tell him to stop

In my experience, it's the opposite; the females like to get there hair pulled - goes along with the whole spanking thing too.
