Problem is, I'm a rubbish sleeper. Particularly when I'm sharing a bed. My latest g/f of about 2 months, moves a lot in the night and murmurs and stuff.

Im so knackered the next day each time I see her. Please dont suggest earplugs as I find them uncomfortable and innefective.

Does anyone else have a problem sleeping next to someone else?

How do you solve it?

I can emphasize with you. My DH snores like a mack truck.

You're right that the ear plugs are ineffective. When it gets too bad, I sleep in another room.

i have a problem as my husband snores a lot, so you need to go to bed before her

if you are a light sleeper you should try to go to bed at the same time each night

there are some sort of chewing gum things you can put under your tounge to stop snoring.

make sure you are doing enough activity during the day, if you are but still cant sleep is it possible you are suffering with stress or depression, if thats the case then you should speak to a doctor anyway.

hey there!
you need to organize your daily routine so that all will work in a way that will make you to have a good sleep
please consider also drinking some calming (relaxing) tea before going to sleep, have a more active day, make some sport, use your energy, and try also to be less stressed. Like that you will have the chance to get a better sleep.

Practice, practice, practice. Eventually you will get comfortable enough to sleep. If you don't want to do sleeping pills, which could cause you to snore roaringly and drive her out, then the only option is sleep in a different room.

Your neighbours and your detrimental canines have the great concern, no longer you. that is definitely solved from the place i'm sitting - deliver him indoors at evening and extraordinarily on the nights while that is going to rain. protecting a canines below appropriate administration so that is not a nuisance to the neighbourhood, is as much as the owner.

If you are so fussy, better get some good sleeping pills and knock yourself out.
