People have become so selfifh and self centered, that they want everything to be done according to them. They do not have any concern for anything and anyone. If this continues, no one will be able to survive. Is there any solution to this problem?

We need to turn to what God has asked us to do.We need to do unto others as we would want them to do unto us.It's so simple, really. But we allow our stubborness and pride to get in the way.We take "an eye for an eye" to the extreme. We need to put more faith in God's own vengeance, instead of taking things into our own hands. We need to have more faith in God.This is my opinion anyway,I'm far from the perfect Christian. It's not a perfect fix, but it would definitely help a lot.

Umm, perhaps you don't realize that it is emotions which cause us to be selfish and self-centered? When we live by our emotions we become exactly what you said, wanting everything done for the self and no concern for others.

That's why I live according to God's word, rather than by my own emotions. I know that whatever I'm feeling will pass, so I need to think ahead of my emotions. When I do what God says to do, despite my own feelings, I find that it always comes out for the best.

education and the reduction of global consumerism, and the mass reduction of global corporations!

Listen. There is a big different from hearing something and letting something go in one ear and out the other and actually listening to what people have to say.
Don't interrupt people. Let them finish their sentence, your points can always wait. If it's urgent (like if you have to leave) say "excuse me".
Put the needs of other people before your own. Pay attention to the people in your life to find out what those needs are.
When choosing gifts or cards, buy something that reflects the personality of the other person. Don't just buy something because it's convenient.
Remember birthdays.
Keep in touch with your friends and relatives.
Volunteer.
Be honest and loyal.
Consider the advice people in your life give you. Take it if it makes sense.
If you have to ask someone for a favor, offer to do something for them in return.
Compliment other people. Don't just go on about how great you are.
Make sure to be considerate and include everyone you know and like when inviting people to parties and events. No one likes to be left out.
Don't butt in front of people in line. Also, if you see someone in a walker or a wheelchair, slow down or help them instead of just cutting in front of them.
Be on time. If at all possible, call if you know you are going to be late.

It is not an emotion at all...it is just the realization that a person is not separate...but all around the person and the person comprise one being. It is all inter-connected. We are One.

Particularly in the US, where individualism is revered, we forget that we are not really separate from anyone or our environment. Once we think we are separate beings...then you become selfish and self centered and narcissistic.

We are not separate individuals...that is what must be realized.

Bring them to Christ. The Lord teaches to put God first, others second and yourself third. The world is forgetting God and forgetting the teachings of His Word. The hearts of many are growing cold. The Bible says this will happen in the latter days. We are living in the latter days and reaping what we have sewn.

No, there is nothing you can do, for God has already spoken:

"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,having a form of godliness but denying its power." - 2 Timothy 3:1-5

I know, I know... We must do as the liberals want us to do.

We must tax the middle class into poverty.
We must eliminate corporations and capitalism itself.
We must support those who do not work.
We must let Hollywood celebrities continue to be America's royalty class and bow down and worship them appropriately.
We must worship government and obey its every whim.

Hip Hip Hooray! Liberalism!

Gag!
