I have cold hands 2.
For me, i think Wilson J is rite but again maybe its bllod circulation.
Do your hands also feel very weak, fingers are dry and skin tearing off near the nails?

my hands are cold alot. I have different things going on in my neck. you should ask your doctor to get an X-ray or MRI maybe you have a bulging disc that is pinching nerves. that is what the Doctor tells me. that leads to poor circulation.
