If you are the farm owner, complain to the authorities. Usually factories cannot be built in farm land

If you are the factory owner, try cajoling the authorities. You may end up shelling out a lot of money

If you are an onlooker... well, try to go to NGOs or the press with your story.

in my opinion i think that industrial area must not be let to settle in fertile area bcoz it can give some help to farmers in growing crops...industriesshould be shifted frm fertile land to eroded and uncultivated land........
