My doc has gave me Yasmin, I have heard that you can loose a few pounds, is this true?

Yasmin is weight negative. This means that it will not cause you to gain weight like some older kinds of birth control. It also has a slight diuretic effect so it keeps you from being bloated but it doesn't actually promote any real weight loss.

yasmin is a pill that you wont gain weight on, but i dont think it makes you loose it. good pill though xx

i took it for six months and gained weight plus had depression and anxiety attacks which stopped as soon as i stopped taking Yasmin.

i was on this pill once before and yes you MAY lose a few pounds, it just depends on your body! It is a wonderful pill as long as it is taken as prescribed!

you lose pounds, by exercising not through pill taking, dummy, use your sense
