its been two months since i broke up .... i dont think of her much now a days .... but i am dreaming of her at nights occasionally .... i know she is playing in my subconsious mind .......thats not doing me any harm ...but it just makes me feel uneasy ...what do i do ????
is there a way i can get her outta my mind ....

its really quite normal to dream of an ex, because they are always in our subconscious, even if we don't think much about them in our waking hours. the dreams can't hurt u, just make u a bit uncomfortable. maybe u feel guilty, maybe u still love her. what we haven't really dealt with and tried to ignore does come out in our dreams, there may be some unresolved grief there, maybe u need to talk about it to someone nonjudgmental, maybe u need to face it.

That's your minds way of telling you that you are still not completely over her yet. All you can do is give it time and eventually the dreams will fade. Maybe when you find another girl that you really like the dreams will stop but it takes time. Try to think of it in a good way at least you know that you really cared and you have something to remember her by.

I just turned 50 years old and still dream about my teenage sweetheart! Sometimes we just 'carry' people with us. I wouldn't let it make you feel uneasy, though. It's only been 2 months and I suspect once you get involved with someone else your dreams of her with become less frequent.

if it's just a dream and you have no feelings for her whatsoever when you're conscious, there's nothing to worry about. only do something if you still like her.

You just have to find some one else to replace her in ur dreams. Date other girls, try not to look at her, forget about her. Forget wat she looks like!!! Hopefuly, she'll get out of ur head.
