I am thinking of doing the diet, but I want to know how it works. Do you just eat their food? What are you allowed to drink? Do you have to eat their food 7 days a week? I want to know all about this before I decide. Most of all, does it work and how fast????

You eat their food and also add in fruits/veggies, dairy/protein items. It is recommended that you eat their food 7 days a week, though some people order the weekends off plan (through QVC) and have the same results. When you order, you'll receive a meal planner that'll tell you what to eat and when to eat it. You check the foods off as you go. Getting enough water in is very important!! You can drink tea, coffee, diet sodas, sodium-free tonic water and sodium-free seltzer water in unlimited amounts.
And YES, it really does work as long as you follow the plan. Like the commercial says, results vary and depends on different factors--your age, how much you need to lose, if you exercise, water intake.

Hi Iused to use it and you do use their food all week every week. The foods not too bad (not great) but it was the price which hit me the hardest. I did lose a few pounds and I was strict with the system but it wasnt enough los for what I paid, I was spending about $300 a month and going to a meeting which I think was extra. I lost about 20 pounds but it took nearly five months, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins. I used a protein based diet with Herbalife after a friend who had lost weight with them recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right path to choose. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I use to work for Nutri/System. You do have to buy their food and it is quite expensive. Usually runs between $70-$90 per week. This is on top of what you pay for the program. It is a calorie balanced program, there are many choices and you do purchase your own fruits and veggies. This will have "main" dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You will lose at a healthy rate if you partake i.e. 1.5-3 pounds per week. The first week you will lose the most since it will likely be water weight. You have to attend weekly counseling sessions (teach you how to over come eating problems and how to eat in restaurants etc.) and have a one on one visit with the nutritional specialist. It is an okay program and very structured for those people who need a regimented program. Remember it is quite pricey as well.
