I am currently in the market for a new car. I have narrowed it down to two, and now I need some input as to the pros and cons of the cars I listed above.

If you own either of these vehicles I appreciate any review / opinion you have to give.

BUY THE CAMRY
You'll like it better

The Camry was just redesigned and overall has a leg up on the Accord, for now. A newly redesigned Accord is due out later this year. To me, it depends on what you are looking for and what you are going to pay. If you are looking at a 4 cylinder version priced in the low $20's, I would do the Accord. It has been a Car and Driver 10 Best seemingly forever, and just won another recent comprison test. If we are talking a decked out V6, I would probably do the Camry. Reliability and resale on both are excellent, and they are close to each other in price. I would be real tempted to wait for the 2008 Accord and see what it brings to the plate.

Accord 4 - better motor, handles better, better mpg, better driving dynamics, road noise - 2008 version will probably have carry over motor, but be bigger and roomier

Camry 4 - more isolation, does not handle at all - not sporty

Accord 6 - less powerful V6, nice blend of ride/handling, still the benchmark

Camry 6 - more HP, SE version will actually handle, roomier, "newer" feeling, will flat out fly

I have owned Accords all of my life, but I do like the way the new Camrys look. I have also heard that the Camry has more interior room. As someone mentioned before test drive both. I really don't think you can make a bad choice when comparing the Accord and the Camry both are great vehicles that will last you at least 10 years.

Buy the one you like the feel of the best, they are both great cars, can't go wrong with either choice.
