The top of my hands seem like they're sunburned but this happened overnight! (And they couldn't have gotten sunburned anyway.) I don't think I need to go to the doctor because its just a nuiscance. What is it? And can I make it go away?

i dont think its an allergic reaction because theres nothing new that i can think of
