I am having to check email at work as I have had no service since Sunday afternoon and was unable to get through to them on the helpline.
(On the website it shows the broadband service as orange and everything else as green).
Has anyone had any answers from Orange so I can know what's going on without having to hang on for hours?

Have just got back online.
I upgraded last week to include a new Orange phone and free broadband. So they upgraded my broadband but had problems themselves with their computers so could not reconfigure until this evening!!! I sat on the phone (free phone number) for ages changing various screens and settings with the lady in India!!!!!
I'm not terribly impressed, but if that is the real reason, it should work from now on.
Thanks for your comments/ help.

my mother had terrible problems when Orange decided to upgrade her line, we could get nothing out of them and she had no internet for two weeks, they refused to call her saying that she had to call them each time it was not resolved, in the end I made sure that she migrated to a different isp, Orange have the worst customer service as well as the worst service, Leave them.

I did have a problem all day on Sunday so I re-installed the drivers for my router - this solved it. I was also showing connectivity though it was restricted too.

Take your modem/router off - and re-install.
