Access is a database program that allows you to track various information and run reports based on specific searches of that information. It is very complex but has some basic similarity to Excel as far as how the data looks in the tables. You can get a tutorial book on it or take a class. That's the best way to learn. It would not be possible to explain how to use it in this forum.
