...for no obvious reason, I mean, nobody turns the light on or no loud sound can be heard. Does anyone know why is that? (It's not long singing just couple of seconds and then he probably falls asleep again).

My canary bird sings a little at night when the cage is covered. I think its normal and nothing to worry about. Sometimes I whistle a bit to respond to the singing and it stops.

If need to, uncover the cage and make sure there are enough food, vegetable and drinking water. My canary likes super before sleep.

Aww first off that is so cute. I would love to see that too. If he sings and then falls asleep quickly. Maybe he like to sing himself to sleep. Thats adorable. I keep my bird's cage covered up at night. They dont even make a sound. They are one of the best animals. Let us know what you think it is. He could just be a very happy bird.

if your bird is waking up in the middle of the night it may be the start of night terrors. it's most likely a comfort thing. keep an eye on it and don't cover the cage. i had a budgie that did the same thing and she wound up needing a night light to help her sleep when she did come into the night terrors.

I have never owned a bird. But a friend of mine was a breeder and she raised baby birds from hatching. And she covered her birds with a sheet a little while before her going to bed. And they stayed quiet.

In any given situation, focus on what you do want your dog to do instead of on whatever he’s doing wrong. Learn how to train your dog https://tr.im/Wxmdm

For example, suppose that on many evenings, your young dog gets busy looking for trouble just as you’re digesting your dinner. He grabs a boot from the mat by the front door and gallops through the house with it. You yell at him and take it away. He grabs its mate. You yell and take it away. He heads for the kitchen and starts checking out the counters in case something tasty’s been left behind. You chase him away. And on and on, until you’ve lost your temper and torn out clumps of hair you can ill afford to lose.
