Don't waste ur money.

Try this buddy

Go to control pannel and double click on Regional and language options
Select the language from the drop down menu.

Hope it works...

No you can not convert one language OS to another language
you need to re-install English version

Unfortunatley not.
Licensing for Microsoft products is language specific.

There are no settings within any Microsoft software product that enable us to toggle between different interface languages.
