I'm not joining for the money. but I was curious if there was a signing bonus at all? seeing as though they are trying to recruit more people. did any of yu receive a bonus?

They might or might not. But ask your recruiter, he will tell you. RE-enlistment bonuses YES. But I really am not sure on the enlistment. I know I DIDN'T get one when I entered. I DID get a RE-enlistment bonus though. LONG TIME ago.

They didnt a few years back, but theyre starting to. Its nothing like the Army's maximum $40,000 enlistment bonus (Yes, Its that high as of this year; not in most MOS though), if you fight for it; you might get $2,000-$3,000 and thats before taxes.

But moneys money, your going to the best fighting force known to mankind...HOOAH

Sometimes, for certain skills such as languages. I would join again in a flash just for the experience! I was a Marine in the 80s and 90s.

yes right now the Marine corps is offering 10,000 across the board
