Is it TIB-YA or TAYB-YA ? The russian e is prounce like e in "met", right ?

It's closer to TIB-YA but don't put too much emphasis on the YA- soften it to sound more like AH TIBAH. Glaze over the Y. In the end is will sound closest to TIByAH like bAd.
The problem is that many english-speaking people can't "pronounce" the last letter, they put too much emphasis on the Y.

I don't speak Russian but I'm from Bulgaria and our languages are quite familiar.
"Тебя" should be pronouced like this
[ T- e(like in rEd) - b -ya(lik in YAcht) ]
So it's Tebya.
