If I walk to school and back home everyday during a 5-day week (20 minutes to and fro) and walk/run for 30 minutes after school, how long do you think it will be until I see physical changes?

Any recommended exercises (where I won't need gym membership?)

Do the following yogic exercises everyday and be strong and healthy whole through your life without getting tough muscles.

1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc, etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic.

I think what you're doing is great, keep it up never skip breakfast, keep to healthy eating program. Don't worry about immediate results, persistence is the key and so far you're doing really well. Possibly pick up the pace to a power walk ( may be difficult with school bag) so when you go after school alternate between power walking and jogging. One day of the week you could even try sprint training where you sprint 100 metres then cool down for 1 min. then sprint 100 metres do this about ten times ( very difficult) Use grass field, park etc.Like i said before just be persistent and stay away from potato chips, soda, fried foods, and eat healthy and regularly. Well done

it would take some time to see changes. you should not do jogging everyday though because it means that your heart works harder and harder everytime you jog to compensate the oxygen requirements of your body. This will cause your heart muscle to hypertrophy(increase in size). This is not also good for your health. i recommend that you do this 2-3 times a week.
i hope that i have helped you.
