You sound as if you are in a lot of discomfort. It sounds like you sinuses to me, but you need to speak to a doctor to make sure. If he agrees, then please ask to go to an allergy specialist - ask your doctor to refer you. Then you can be told how to help yourself and may be find out what you are allergic to.

I have felt like this for some time now, to the point when sometimes I feel like i'm going to fall over. I went to see the doctor about it and was told it is anxiety and mild panic attacks. After consultaion I was told that I just have to try not to think about it as it will not harm me, thinking about it will make it worse. Much easier said than done because it feels so real. I am trying to put it to the back of my mind and it does seem to alleviate the problem. What bothers me more is that I dont know why this is happening - im just not the sort to get stressed, suffer from anxiety etc etc, was told by my GP that it can happen to anyone with no apparent reason. The only other solution the doctor offered was anti-depressants and theres no way im going down that path

Thats how I feel at the moment. Ive had nose bleeds last 2 days so id says its your sinus. My mum felt like that when she had an ear infection. I recommend going seeing your doctor. Also get lots of rest.
Hope you feel better soon

My grandpa had this and it was vertigo caused by an inner ear infection/sinus infection. You can get medication for it!
