tell me a little more? Ask him does a smile lead to a hello and hello lead to a first date? and the first date to a gate way to do it again? Ask him what does he see when he looks at you what does he think? You can't just let love develope, you gotta get to know one another.

Next meeting, ask about whether he managed to do what he was trying to do last time.
Keep building up until you find a topic he's interested in. Then start talking to him about it. Continue until relationship.

Don't do anything,maybe his married or have a girl friend.But if he likes you he will come to you ,don't show any signs.
