Meet another doctor of same field. He will make the same operation at the age of 18. It is minor surgery but costly, amounting above Rs.10,000 for both eyes. If you have got numbers to only one eye, it may be cheaper to you. Just relax for 3 years and wear contact lense till then. This operation is not covered under mediclaim insurance. You see 30 per cent people wearing spects around you.

See till you attain the age of 20 years you sight will keep on varieng and hence even you correct your sight with laser now it will change therefore the doctor rightly stated that he will perform the laser after you become 20 untill such a time you can choose to wear contact lens if you want to avoid spectacals.

once u get eye site it cannot be removed, dont be nervous there was no immediately solution. u can slowly reduced it,by taking vegetables like leafy and fruits .
And stop watching t.v for a long time
.There was a possibilty through lenses then there was no use of spects .But it was too senstive u just take suggestion from doctor.

I will recommend confirming with the physician that if your lens has problem or is it due to the lack of nutrition. In case you have lens problem, then laser surgery should be undertaken. If its due to lack of nutrition you might have to take some food supplements for some duration, and they are helpful!

why don't you wear the spectacles now and switch over to contact lenses at the age in which you can have them after consultation with the eye specialist.
