I don't think drinking boiled water is bad. Most of the time I drink boiled water. There are bacteria in the digestive tract which help in digestion. But, to my knowledge, they do not depend on dissolved oxygen in water.

You swallow oxygen and eat it with your food. The bacteria are in your small intestine anyway and not so much in your stomach which is filled with acid.
