You should study each and everything without leaving out anything. Repeated revisions are always useful and necessary.
Other than this, you must also do deep breathing exercises and meditation every morning. Drink a lot of water. A sound sleep of 8 hours each day is very important. Stay calm. Do your best and leave the rest to GOD.
All The Best.

Don't neglect studies till the night before the exam. Know your stuff. Take good notes and review them as often as needed. Try to imagine what a teacher (or professor) is likely to include in a test (write your own test?). Remember that a little stress is actually good (you don't want to fall asleep!). There is pre-active and post-active stress that affects memory. Studying too hard the night before a test may be counterproductive. Remember that your own mind is suggestible to your own suggestions. Suggest to yourself that you will hang up any excess stress on the classroom door, because you really don't need it. Breathe deeply a few times and tell yourself to relax and do the very best you can. No one is perfect.

I felt exactly the same as you when I was about to do my first ever exams but worrying and stressing over them will just make things worse. What I do is put some music on, keeping the volume low and I get myself something to eat and drink whilst I revise, I make a booklet for myself for all my revision notes and it really helps! If you have all your notes different colours you will remember them more because they'll stand out more. I also try lots of different revision sites and play their revision games, they're not of great educational value but they help you understand some of the basic facts that you can so easily forget. On the day of the exam I would wake up early, have a good filling breakfast (such as scrambled eggs and toast) with a glass of water. The food will help your brain stay active for longer, I would also suggest cramming in some last minute revision (and DON'T make this last minute revision the only revision you do), before you leave for school I would also bring a bottle of water and have a sip before you go into the exam as water is great for your brain. One thing to not make you worry about your exam before you enter the exam hall is to do some breathing exercises and to tell yourself "I can do this". Everyone gets stressed over exams, don't worry about that but just make sure you don't get too stressed as that can affect your grade greatly and overall just get a good nights sleep, revise the best you can (remember to give yourself short breaks in between), have a good meal in the morning before you go to school and most of all GOOD LUCK!

Krishna has a good answer, but I would add your attitude is key. See the test as a competition, that you are going to murder it, that you will beat that test for sure. Also keep in mind the instructor. Try to think like the teacher, and anticipate the kinds of questions he/she will ask. Make up questions of your own, again, thinking like the tacher.
