How would you react? Like if he told you that his ex died or something tragic and he just wanted to move on or something crazy like that. Then maybe you feel sorry for him or its some other kind of lie and you think he's cute. He tells you after a date or two. Would you think it was cute that he tried so hard or turned off because he started out with a lie?

i'd b annoyed he had to lie to get my sympathy to be with him...but if i liked him...then i'll learn to accept it...and since u said only a date or 2 then i think its alright..i'd b real annoyed if he lied for a few months before tellin me the truth

I would defientley be turned off by that corny lie. Just think if he had to tell that dumb of a lie to get you then what else is he lying about, and also a relationship that starts out with a lie will be based on lies how could you ever trust him??? Think about it. Good Luck

I would be disappointed. Of course, I'd understand if they were trying to get my attention and everything, but I'd give the whole relationship a second thought. Lies can never be cute in a relationship. It's really trust and communication that keeps a relationship steady. I don't think some girls will give them a second chance though.

I think you should just be yourself. Lying about a dead ex is not really a turn on...might be a little weird actually. Plus past behaviour represents future behaviour and you might stuff something really good by lying. She will like you for you not for some 'cheesy' or 'creepy' (whichever) pick up line.

cause the person will feel compeltely violated
if you want to chat a girl up go over and say hi just thought i would come over and say hi
if your not interested just say
if a girl thinks your cute she wont push you away just dont use sexual or crap chat up lines
we hate that cause it just makes us think your after a one night stand

It depends on what you lied about? if it's about your ex dying then i think you're in for it.. anyway what were you thinking when you did that? i definitely wouldn't think its cute! good luck

i'd freak out at first, not speak to him and see what he does, that way i'd be able to see if he was using me or actually wanted me.
