when I put 7 inch long inside , & shake it for 5 minutes, it produces a white foam, better to do it twice a day.

It's a toothbrush.
By the way, you should only brush for 2-3 minutes, not 5! And I don't know what you're doing with your toothbrush, but I certainly don't "shake" it to get it foamy!
