You need a lot of water to dissolve all that. why not just have milk? that's got protien, fats (which are like fish oils), and other nutrients.

There's no problems with mixing stuff that'll mix in your stomach anyway, the problem comes when you have so many supplements and no real good food that you forget something. Like not enough vitamin c- scurvy. Miss out another nutrient - rickets... etc etc.

Juice could desire to basically ever be enjoyed carefully like soda could desire to be - this is packed with energy and is excellent concentrated energy whilst positioned next to an entire piece of fruit. each and each glass has 4 or extra oranges nicely worth of juice can energy. it somewhat is okay in case you basically have a million/2 a tumbler according to day (the equivalent of two oranges according to day), yet once you're having distinctive glasses of juice you should somewhat be having the equivalent of 10 or extra oranges according to day - it extremely is severe and right away will become empty energy.
