The benefits of ginger are:
It reduce nausea and vomiting
Is an anti-inflammatory
Is a circulatory stimulant
Helps with digestion

All in all, I think you can only benefit from taking ginger 4 times a week.

I used to drink dry ginger ale to help with morning sickness when I was pregnant....it was one of the few things that worked!

Hope this helps:-)

I can't answer on the benefits of taking it 4 times a week except to tell you that ginger is good for settling the gastrointestinal system such as if one is having problems with nauseau such as due to the flu or something along those lines. I've also heard somewhere that I thought it was also supposed to be good at helping blood pressure.

Check with your dr to be on the safe side.

Adding ginger to juices helps clear the digesive system of toxins thus keeping it free ad healthy from hazardous ingredients caused by highly processed foods. Chefs are turning to ginger to remove the "fishy" smell from their seafood recipes. Try and enjoy ginger milkshake too!
