As salamun alaikum. You should pick up the quran and read it mulitiple times. People say the Yusuf Ali translation is good. Below is the translation I use and learned from:
Translations of the meanings of THE NOBLE QUR'AN. In English language by Dr. Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din- Al-Hilali and Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan.
The cover will say: THE NOBLE QUR'AN. English Translations of the meanings and commentary.

After you read it and gain some knowledge on the proofs of allah, you can further your studies and maybe want to pick up the bible to just understand the quran a little better. (That is what I did anyways). Sunnis follow the hadith, but I walk a different road(hanif muslim). All muslims are muslims. So, you don't have to worry about the whole sect thing(or should not anyways). A muslims will respect you being a muslim. That is by following the 5 pillars. After you do some reading, you would want to learn about the history of muhammad(pbuh). And now you should have attained knowledge, you should go to a masjid and have a talk with the imam. He will direct you from there by the graces of allah. I myself have no imam. The one in my city is not that liked by me(just being honest). But the one in the next city is a beautifull imam. Great imam actually(just being honest). But if the son of the imam in my city one day becomes imam, I will go to that masjid with no questions asked. His son is a beautifull man. I have come to learn that people should choose thier masjids correctly that suits thier personality, just as how christians choose thier churches. Salaam!

Yes, it is said that muslim girls can only get married with muslim guys. but Turkey is an open muslim country, I had a friend she is turkish, but she married a non-muslim guy. her husband is from U.S. and is a jewish!
I just want to say, if you think you MUST BE muslim, you don't have to be! because muslim is a holy religion, and you have to learn and know more about it before you join in this religion.
if you insist, try read this ASH HADU ALA ILAHA ILA LA WA ANA MOHAMAD ROSUULU ALAAH

Just reciting the "Shahada" in not enough. U should accept the good teachings of Islam with your heart.
U can not go back to where u came from after accepting Islam. Then its a big sin which can not be forgiven by Almighty Allah unless he wishes.
Islam is pure in content and spoilt by the followers.
U have made a brave decision which will change ur life to the good.

I think that you should be 100% convinced and sure about your decision because once you took it you can't go back. My advice is you have to read about Islam and perhaps search for a religious muslim in your area to help you and teach you everything about Islam.
You should have faith in what you do and good luck.

Accept a lie. That is what you must do in order to become a muslim, because the supposed 'islamic faith' is a lie, and it will not get you to a pleasant place after this world falls away.
Love is the only way. God is love, and Jesus was God with us.
