what if i met a person i want in the net( like net games), what should the first question and how can i continue talking to her? So i can make friends with her and eventually best friends and beyond, pls help

Ask her if she wants to talk with you. If yes, then go from there. Just the basic getting to know you questions. If she wants it to go further, she will more than likely let you know.
