Is it just that where your calling and maybe they call you back or whatever. Your basically your the one iniating phone conversations (chasing). Or is there more to it than that, like calling them even when they don't return a calls and other stuff.

The "chaser" is the one who makes all the moves, whether it's calling, "running into each other", sending cards, letters, flowers, etc. Careful though, this could be perceived by some as stalking if the "chasing" isn't received well.

lack of reposnse by the chasee means she is not interested. Continuing to call such a person MAY result in the caller being accused of stalking and could hence be arrested. Even though all you want is LOVE. Funny, isn't it?

The chaser does the calling. At least to start things off. Then it can be calling back and forth after that.

No.Stalking them is to keep calling when they don't call you back,etc.
Lose their number.
Chasing becomes stalking when they don't respond.
