We had a similar problem in my area but it was breakins and theft. We contacted the local police department for advice. But what worked out the best was that as a neighborhood we worked together to basically make up a schedule. Those that stayed home and those that were nighthawks. Crimes usually happen at night or when kiddies are off and they would just keep an eye out for stuff. We were able to nab the group the teens that caused us havok that year. We also paired up familes so that when one was away the other would watch the house. We still do this. Bottom line is that it's your community. Take Control. Good luck .

Depending on local laws (sometimes it isnt legal), put up hidden surveilance cameras to catch them at it. If you can get it, hand over good identifiable footage to the local police. If they arent interested, post copies of the clearly identifyable thugs vandalising property at local shops etc. to shame their families.

Fly tipping, graffiti, litter, tree bark peeled, young trees uprooted you name it and I live in a posh resident area. The law and the council too busy elsewhere wasting your money. My advice is to be philosophical and patient in hope those will one day grow to adulthood. I am 70+.
