I think you need to see a doctor. a family physician will do. I have the same problem & I was adviced to have my sinuses xrayed and they're all inflammed & clogged up due to allergy, maybe due to dust or perfumes. I was given an anti-allergy drug as maintenance & a decongestant spray.

My son had this when he was born it was his tear ducts that were blocked. He had a simple operation to unblock them.Well worth it coz he would get sore cheeks from skin chapping especially if cold weather.

its properly allergy you need some i drops from doctor. mine are like that, and i have drops
