i have a fiancee. wev'e been together for close to three yrs. all we do is go to work and come home. we spend the weekends together, but during the week days. he claims he's tired and has to wake up at midnight. i know for a fact. he does work long hours. and my ex boss. informs me that all he does is work. i feel like he has no time for our relationship and he grumpy. i do keep close tabs on my man. but he does not know this. how can i keep my relationship, where he won't get bored or has he found someone else?

No I don't think he is cheating on you.
But he probably does know that you are keeping tabs on him.
Your paranoia and unstated accusations could well drive him to cheat.

Why are you marrying someone that you don't trust
(I made that comment because you say you keep close tab on your man)
can you imagine spending all your life checking on someone that must be tiring
any way if you keep close tab why are you asking if we think that he cheating
you should know
Girl my advise to you is get yourself some counseling
so you can learn to value yourself so you will not spent your time checking on some man instead you will spent your time taking care of you and knowing that you are important enough for a man to not make you feel like he is bored with you
nor having you second guess your hability to make him happy or keep the relationship

If you want to change the situation then - talk! Tell him what you feel and what you need - ask him about his thoughts and try to compromise. May be he is really too tired to keep this relationshi-ps or may be he needs something new - like unexpected surprise from you - think of it! Three years together - it is a long period - you should compare what was at the beginning of your relations or what is lack for now??? May be the passions , the feeling of teasing or butterflies in a stomach - you need to bring it somehow back!
Order and certainty in life is OK - but everyone needs challenging!!!I think you can do it and can think of something pleasnat and reviving for him!!! Show him your love and passion!

ok you get answers from what I saw, just people getting their "2 pts" for an answer, not from me...ok ex-boss of yours saying he works long hours....ok I don't know why he is an ex-boss....but why is your man having to get up at midnight and what does he do when he does...step up and confront him about that part on having to be up at midnight....yes he does know ya are keeping close tabs on him....but don't know you or him how to spice things up in ya'lls life and what is going on, but will tell you this...throw him offguard, set up something with him when you know you can, do something that will catch him offguard (intimate and romantic), just even set up one night when he comes home, even a nice massage after work (if you haven't ever done that then will def be appreciated)....break the everyday routine up is what I'm saying

all you have to do is when he gets home give him attention hold him give him a a back rub make him feel wanted so when he comes home he looking forward to your time together. men are like big babies they like attention and they will give you attention if you give it to them so show your man he is needed and wanted and you will get the same be understanding and dont argue or make to much conversation just say did you have a good day then leave him to talk guys dont like to much talking after a long day so be understanding he will thank you for it good luck

No he aint, but he is making the mistake of putting his jobfirst, try talking to each other, go out on dates like u did wen u first met.try and light the fire again.
