Feed 'em up on battered fish and chips at least four times a week.
Give them some potato scallops, tomato sauce and devon for morning tea (make a sort of sandwich out of the devon slices and stick the scallops in the middle).... give them a large packet of twisties for afternoon tea.
Make sure they don't eat any fruit or vegetables.
Use full cream milk, with chocolate topping as a sweatener.
Never let them drink water... Give them at least three cans of coke a day.
Follow this regime for six weeks... then call in the doctor to declare them obese... poor little puddings.....

thats quiet the oppposite of what i suspected. i dont think you'd want to do that. if u were to get those children fat, in the future, they could end up with obesity which can lead to heart problems, diabetes, high cholesterol, and many other life threating conditions. Also think of how once they start going to school, of how other kids may make fun of them and call them names because they are chubby or dramatacilly overweight. This can lead to some mental issues.Your children may have a high metabolism and not actually gain weight until they hit puberty or reach an older age like other children. I'd say just stick to healthy foods like fruits and veggies, and let them excercise by going to the park or a playground.

Overweight children tend to grow into overweight adults, and experience more health problems. Is this what you want for your children? If so, you are a bad parent! They should be in the normal range; not too thin, and not fat, or even really chubby, either. If you have any doubts about this, see your doctor, who will repeat what I have just told you, and charge you for it.

kids must never get fat cos that will affect them in future like when they are teenager and adults so a lean kid is fine as long their eating well thats all that matters dont care about people saying you've got skinny kids you know that you are helping them cos there's so many people in the world who are struggling with weight and they might be one of those people but don't encourage it they can get fat on their if they want to when they grow up
