I do the same thing too! Ha ha!! I would certainly hope so - but I think that you have to keep moving. You can't cheat the bouncing part of it. No girly jumps, you know?! lol.

yeah because i was 13 stone and it proved to me that jumping on a trampoline significantly helps to loose weight now im only 6 1/2 stone!!!!

well, of course its a great way to exercise and its fun! you can build muscles but you can't entirely depend on it to lose weight but i'm not saying that you dont lose weight its just you need something like jogging to support it! you do jogging to tone and stretch your legs and for a good body shape!
