I have know idea why, but when I have a girlfriend and I am around them I am fine - calm and relaxed, but when I am not around them I start to stress and think too much about little things. That makes me feel down and unhappy.
There is nothing to stress about I know but I just hate the feeling.
What I currently do is just keep really busy so I don’t have to much time to think but then I can’t sleep!
Can any one help me?

You seem to suffer from some sort of anticipation or anxiety as to the concept of worrying about always having a girlfriend and if you do not have one it starts to stress you out probably to the point that you may worry if you will ever find another one. You need to realize that girls are everywhere and just because you have no girlfriend at the moment means nothing because tomorrow or even before the day is out you will be constantly running into girls and will in the course of talking with them find another girlfriend fairly quickly. You need to just realize that girls and guys are your friends or can be your friend at any time and having a girlfriend is just something that may or may not happen but you can always ask a girl out even if she is just your friend and not your girlfriend.........understand? Don't get so worked up about not having a girlfriend.

that means u love the person a lot and u can't stay without her so try to be with her or a home talk to her through phone by asking her that what was she doing and many more reasons so be calm and think about something when u r not able to contact her

You feel insecure that is why you worry about them when they are not around you think they will be looking for somebodybetter then you.
Don't sweat what has happened if they aren't worried about what has happened then you shouldn't.
It sounds like you suffer from sort of anxiety.

Have you thought of taking a advanced stress and energy supplement before bed. Its very effective.

i am that way about my wife...she always raises my stress level when we are together..
just stay single
you won't live longer but you
will live a lot more serene..
marriage is not for the weak or
nervous
