Let me first explain the concept of zodiacs.
Every moment, the earth is under different transitions when related to the cosmic energy. When a person is born, with the unique combination of birth time and birht date, a zodiac sin is suggested for him. These zodiac signs are actually bunches of stars which are in transit, that is parallel to the transition of the comsic enery induced upon earth. Just like magnetic storms have effects on us, these transitions of cosmic energy have an impact on our mentallity. Thses zodiacs actually difine a bit of your personality - whether you would be cool, hot tempered, impatient, materialistic, romantic, witty, etc. The astrologers, in those early days made a thoruough study of possible effects of these transitions on our mentallity. Also they could suggest the compatible partner should realte to some particular zodiac so that their personalities are compatible.
But since ages after those studies were made, a lot of those scripts are lost. Wer are basically left out with tit-bits of them. Hence the fundamental doesn't work as accurately as it did in those days. However an extremely good and knowledgeable astrologer can give some valuable suggestions.
The rest depends on your own beleif. Accept it or not...

No not really. personally i dont think it makes sense. I dont even see how they make the pictures join up with the stars it looks like pictures randomly draw and the stars happened to be inside some of them. I don't think you can make a relationship work out purely from zodiac. you shouldn't judge people as a group, rather as an individuals, this is important. if it happens to be the same as the zodiac signs say well thats great nice coincidence if not who cares?

in some cases it does matters but in some it does not matters at all most of the time the answer is that it doesn't matters in my case also it doesn't mattered go on and don't believe in superstistions
