Every time I try to make a call I have to redial about 3 times cuz I keep getting error messages, funny beeps, etc. Is it my phone or is it Talk Talk? This is especially true when I'm trying to use the free international calls.

I don't want to go back to BT as I really need the free interntational calls- my whole family lives in the states, and Talk Talk is by far the best value package for me with the free intl calls and broadband, annoying as it is I can't really pay twice as much for phone and internet just to save a bit of hassle :(

Talk Talk are a bunch of cowboys after your money. I kept having problems with them. I had a direct debit set up and they kept taking money out of my account at least twice a month and I was being charged for calls I didn't make. I too had problems dialing out. I would try to call customer services and it would say You have dialled an incorrect number then it would say it was a busy line, and the next time it would tell me to try again later. They are rude and unfriendly on the phone when you finally get through to them. I am so glad to be back on BT now. My advice to you is to get out while you can

i used to work for talk talk and i can tell you they are the worst company ever. they never resolve problems and treat their customers as though they are nothing. what i would do if i were you is join virgin media, they do a package for internet, tv and telephone. not sure how much it is but im sure its gotta be better than what you have - think its about 25 quid.
