At a party I saw several children who hold a shirtless boy by his arms and legs while another boy tickled his belly. Later they let him and grabbed another one to tickle. I felt this is a little abbusive.

It is only abusive if the person being tickled does not want to be tickled. In some cases, the person being tickled really enjoys it and that cannot be considered abuse.

If the people tickling the boy were ding it against his will and he wanted them to stop - it is abuse.

did they take off his shirt to tickle hm or was he already shirtless. If they took off his shirt against his will, i guess it would be a little abusive, however if they boy was already shirtless to begin with, then it is sorta ok, i mean if the kid is screaming for help, then yeah you should help, but if he is happy and enjyoing it as tickling is meant to be a good sensation, then let kids be kids. and the fact that they later went on to tickle another kids means that they were not specifially picking on this kid, maybe they just grabbed him b/c he was shirtless or he was the first kid they saw and were bored. I wouln't worry about it, if the kid seems happy.

KID RULES:

An attack on a shirtless individual with his shirt off is "FAIR GAME", and is required by "Kid Law". The Attack must be swift, and the duration of only a few seconds of "Tickle Torture" must be applied before the "Mandatory" 3 second "Break Away" point !

It really depends on how the shirtless boy in question felt about it.

When I was younger me and my friends would play similar games like this. Tickle torture, depantsing each other, giving wedgies, wrestling etc.

We would never pick on a kid who couldn't handle it. It's just stupid teenage boy behavior.

But you should speak to the boy in question to see how he feels to make sure he isn't being bullied.

Although it may have looked bad, they probably didn't mean any harm. Kids like to make others laugh. They like to have fun. But if you thought there was something that just seemed wrong in what they were doing, maybe you should talk to some of their mothers and see how they feel. If it really bothers you, then talk to your kids. You can't do anything about how other kids act, but you can always talk to your own kids.

Hope I've helped and good luck.

no that is totally wrong. Children are only human but should never be held down even if its just to "TICKLE"

It's bad when done too long. Someone can die with tickling because he cannot breathe.
