You can get different colour contact lenses and have any colour eyes you want although blue contacts on brown colour eyes don't seem to look that natural.

Colored contacts are the only way I know of but they're really cool. You can get different designs as well as colors. Imagine having cat eyes or a spiral in place of an iris. I've even seen some that had smiley faces on them. :)

Surgically, NO!!, but you can go to your optometrist and buy coloured contact lenses.
Can you imagine us having a set of two eyeballs, each set a different colour, and changing them every morning!!!
